Today has been an interesting day. It started out with our need for clarification from the substitute Hospice nurse on info she had provided regarding meds I was taking. Then, I was going to participate in a 5-day respite program for one type of patient but the Hospice decided I should participate in the at-home and not the respite program! I am relieved to be staying in my home. This all involves switching to a different pain med because the other med is no longer supported by the hospice.
